STEP 1 — CREATE NETLIFY ACCOUNT

1. Go to netlify.com
2. Click Sign up → use your email
3. Verify your email address
4. You now have a free Netlify account

STEP 2 — DEPLOY THE PORTAL

1. Go to app.netlify.com/drop
2. Drag the file AIM_Portal_LIVE.html onto the page
3. Wait 10 seconds
4. Copy the URL Netlify gives you
5. Send that URL to Ray

STEP 3 — UPDATE PORTAL LATER

When you get a new portal file from Claude:
1. Go to app.netlify.com
2. Click your site
3. Click Deploys tab
4. Drag the new HTML file onto the deploy box
5. Same URL — everyone sees the update instantly

STEP 4 — UPDATE SCORES

When Thinkific has new scores:
1. Thinkific Admin → Students → Export CSV
2. Open the Google Sheet below
3. Delete old data rows, paste new CSV
4. Portal refreshes automatically in 5 min
